Great Expectations - Executive Action

Executive Action- To begin, this movie has a great beginning; it pulled me right into it.This is something not usually seen in movies of this type, so it makes it an unusual, yet pleasant experience.The action scenes are really great. Burt Lancaster played his role great. Robert Ryan actually caught my interest.

I think Burt Lancaster and Robert Ryan worked wonderful in Executive Action. The great supporting cast includes Burt Lancaster, Robert Ryan, Will Geer, Gilbert Green, John Anderson.

All in all, I would rate this movie an 8.5/10. I would definitely watch this movie again.

Summary of Executive Action:
Predecessor to Oliver Stone's 'JFK' this film was one of the first to present an alternative to the Warren Report version of events. Mixing narriative segments with newsreel footage, the film tells the story of a group of powerful men who plot the assasination. First they must recruit and train a shooter, then frame Lee Harvey Oswald. A must-see for history buffs and conspiracy theorists, some credit this film with re-opening the debate about Kennedy's assasination.
